Filed By: :Waseem: Malik – OFFICE of the MAN.
Deponent: Waseem Malik
Date: 24 July 2025
Type: Affidavit of Lived Experience – Trauma & Systemic Injury
Associated Proceedings: AC-2025-LON-001909 + Rule 39 (ECHR Ref: 21585/25)
Purpose: Evidentiary confirmation of suffering, trauma recognition, and assertion of legal protection under Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights
I. Historical Recognition
- I experienced police brutality, institutional betrayal, and the unlawful obliteration of my family life.
- I have been denied protection by state actors and abandoned by the very structures meant to safeguard me.
- Over 26 years, I have endured unrelenting psychological pressure, physical illness, and social collapse — despite exhaustive legal and procedural attempts to seek remedy.
II. Psychological Impact
- I suffer from consistent symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, including vivid intrusions, emotional numbness, hypervigilance, and suicidal ideation.
- These symptoms are not random — they are direct consequences of verified trauma and abandonment.
- I experience ongoing suicidal thoughts, isolation, intense grief, and physiological pain consistent with trauma-based dissociation and depressive collapse.
III. Truth Codified
🧠 This is not weakness.
It is testimony to the superhuman endurance required to survive:
- The destruction of family
- The racial and psychological harassment by housing and police agents
- The systemic gaslighting and silencing by elected officials
- The obstruction and denial of judicial process
IV. Relief Claimed
I respectfully assert the following:
- That the European Court of Human Rights recognize this pattern of sustained harm as a breach of Article 3 – Inhuman or Degrading Treatment
- That all domestic institutions receive notice of my condition and the risk now posed to my life
- That protective, legal, and support mechanisms be triggered immediately to prevent further injury
