• Analysis of Cause: This is a direct and foreseeable consequence of the sustained, multi-front campaign of institutional gaslighting, negligence, racial discrimination, and procedural suppression I have been subjected to. This is a war of attrition, and its aim is to break my spirit and will to live. The actions of the state and its agents have created a direct and immediate threat to my life, not through physical violence, but through the deliberate infliction of psychological torture.
