  • By forcing all communication into the open (Cc'd to me), I have eliminated the possibility of secret back-channel conversations, misinformation, or collusion between Abri and TVP.
  • By dictating the exact questions they must ask, I am forcing them to confront TVP's failures head-on. Abri is now my tool to investigate the police.
  • The inclusion of Abri's company number and the links to my core evidence dossier formalizes this as a corporate-level legal notice, not just a simple email.
  • Cc'ing the CEO, Gary Orr, ensures this cannot be dismissed at a lower level. The senior leadership is now on notice.
