Dear Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman,

I am submitting a formal complaint against Jack Rankin MP, the elected representative for Windsor, for gross maladministration, dereliction of duty, and institutional collusion. This follows an earlier complaint I submitted on 17 July 2025, in which I stated:

"My MP has failed to represent my interests as a constituent and a victim of crime. He has sided with a public body (Thames Valley Police) that is in active defiance of a court order, has ignored irrefutable evidence of a witnessed racist hate crime committed against me, and has wrongly labeled my requests for assistance as 'vexatious' in an act of institutional silencing. This constitutes a serious failure of service and a dereliction of his duty."

Since that complaint, the matter has escalated.

On 22 July 2025, Mr. Rankin issued a final letter (Ref: JR05508 – attached as Exhibit E) closing my case. His conclusion relied entirely on a forwarded email from Abri Housing (dated 21 July 2025 – Exhibit F), which is provably:

• Factually inaccurate
• Misleading by omission
• Physically tampered with (the bottom portion is torn off)

The email falsely claims that I declined to allow police involvement and refused to meet a safety officer. In truth:

• I granted conditional consent to Abri to engage the police, documented in Log #535
• I declined a meeting on medical grounds and due to the involvement of an officer under formal complaint
• Abri refused to meet my safety conditions and misrepresented the situation to the MP

Mr. Rankin ignored all of this documented context and evidence.

His behaviour is not an isolated instance. In Log #540, he previously dismissed similar concerns involving Thames Valley Police. He has now acted on a demonstrably false and tampered document, effectively endorsing a misleading narrative that erases both my vulnerability and the misconduct I have reported.

This constitutes:

• A breach of MP conduct standards (duty to investigate impartially)
• Discriminatory neglect of a disabled constituent and victim of racial hate crime
• Collusion through institutional gaslighting
