• On the record, at the hearing documented in Log #25, I declared: “I do not consent.”
• This declaration was captured on Body Worn Footage (BWF), now suppressed by the franchise of Berkshire Magistrates’ Court clerks (clerics) and David Drewe of Kennedys law LLP and thames Valley Police.
• Their suppression constitutes concealment of jurisdictional rebuttal and proves collusion within the ecclesiastical franchise.

3. Jurisdictional Collapse

• Papal Bull Unam Sanctam (1302) claimed: “It is altogether necessary for salvation that every human creature be subject to the Roman Pontiff.”
• This fraudulent presumption flows into Corpus Juris Civilis, Canon Law, and modern court ecclesiastical procedure.
• Rebuttal lodged in Log #25 collapses this presumption:
  • Living Man cannot be subject to a Papal decree.
  • No consent = no jurisdiction.
  • Scripture itself rebuts dual sovereignty: “No man can serve two masters” (Matt. 6:24).
