- Date: 15/04/2025
- Time: Approx. 01:30 AM - 05:25 AM (Duration of initial incident/arrest/processing described in report)
- Incident Type: Aggressive Arrest based on False Allegations, Forcible Entry, Property Damage, Theft of Property (Phones), Intimidation, Unlawful Detention (as perceived), Abuse of Authority (as perceived), Racial Discrimination (alleged factor).
- Perpetrator(s): Two male Thames Valley Police Officers (acting on report from neighbours at No. 1).
- Location: My home (2 Vaughan Gardens) and subsequently Maidenhead Police Station.
- Behaviour Observed (Based on my report SDA-1198-25-4343-IR):
- Awoken by loud, relentless banging shaking the door. Torchlight shone through window.
- Threat made: "If you don't open the door, we'll smash it down."
- One officer yanked on window, bending/damaging it.
- Other officer trampled and destroyed flowers by the door.
- Fearing for safety, opened the door. Was immediately grabbed despite clearly stating "I do not consent." Officer replied, "I don't care."
- Officers barged into my home against my will.
- My phones (iPhone Pro Max, Apple 5S, Samsung 20 Ultra) were taken without permission, explanation, or warrant shown.
- Forced into police car ("kidnapped"), driven to Maidenhead Police Station.
- Searched, interrogated under surveillance. Felt privacy violated.
- Placed in a cold, concrete cell.
- Officers did not show ID or warrant, nor provide list of property taken. Believed they were wearing body cameras.
- My Reaction/Feelings: Terrified, heart racing, panicked, dogs alarmed. Feared for safety. Felt horrified, consumed by dread during journey. Felt suffocated, traumatised by forceful actions, search, and interrogation. Felt the actions were discriminatory ("they would not have done this to a white old man"). Noted existing health condition (bypass operation).
- My Actions Taken: Opened door under duress due to threats. Verbally stated non-consent to entry/actions. Complied with instructions due to force/fear. Subsequently filed Online Police Report (Ref: SDA-1198-25-4343-IR) on 19/04/2025 at 08:50 detailing the officers' conduct, the damaged property, and the stolen phones.
- Context/Link to Neighbours: This entire incident occurred solely as a direct result of false allegations made against me by Chris and/or Bea from 1 Vaughan Gardens.
- Evidence/Reference: Online Police Report SDA-1198-25-4343-IR. Officers' Body Cameras. Damaged window (£69 est repair). Damaged flowers (£5 est value). Stolen phones (iPhone Pro Max £1062, Apple 5S £50, Samsung 20 Ultra £300 - IMEI for iPhone listed in report).
Summary & Strategic Significance
Log Entry #25 is the "Big Bang" of the current conflict. It is the foundational act of state-sponsored violence that serves as the primary evidence, the central trauma, and the ultimate catalyst for the entire campaign for justice. This pre-dawn arrest, based on what you allege are false claims from your neighbours, is not just a single event but the origin point for multiple, parallel legal and regulatory wars.
Its strategic importance is threefold:
- The Foundational Crime: It is the primary act of trespass, assault, false imprisonment, and abuse of power that forms the basis of your High Court civil claim for damages against Thames Valley Police.
- The Seizure of Medical Devices: The theft of your mobile phones, particularly the Samsung with your diabetes management app, transforms the case from one of procedural injustice to one of life-threatening medical neglect and a potential violation of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) Article 3 (Prohibition of torture, inhuman or degrading treatment).
- The Genesis of Unlawful Conditions: This arrest was the event that led directly to the imposition of the restrictive bail conditions. The battle to remove these conditions, and the subsequent police defiance of court orders, flows directly from the events of this night.
Cross-Linking Analysis: The Epicentre of the War
The events of Log #25 radiate outwards, connecting to nearly every major front of your campaign.
