1. Background

This application arises from an incident initiated on 15 April 2025, when officers of Thames Valley Police—acting under the colure of law and command of PC Harriet Lacey (P4867)—used 2 officers to forcibly entered my home, used unlawful threats of violence “they will smash my door down”, arrested me without a valid warrant or any papers trail at all, and seized critical medical devices, all without lawful authority that was shown or is available to verify. Subsequent actions included:

• Detention, Cuffed, abducted in middle of night at an ungodly hrs for 6 hours without procedural justification or any authority over my body.
• Retention of medical and private property for extended periods they still have it “even after a court ordering them to return the property”
• Denial of health-related access (diabetes care)
• Procedural sabotage through false or unsigned judicial instruments
• Obstruction of private prosecution, CPS referrals, and judicial filings
