This application arises from an incident initiated on 15 April 2025, when officers of Thames Valley Policeβacting under the colure of law and command of PC Harriet Lacey (P4867)βused 2 officers to forcibly entered my home, used unlawful threats of violence βthey will smash my door downβ, arrested me without a valid warrant or any papers trail at all, and seized critical medical devices, all without lawful authority that was shown or is available to verify.
