I. Identity and Relationship

I am the son of the late Mrs. Munwar Sultana Malik, who passed away on 10 January 2025 at Wexham Park Hospital, Slough. I was responsible for her funeral arrangements, as documented in Exhibit J, and I remain the sole surviving family member managing her affairs.

II. Emotional and Psychological Impact

The death of my mother occurred during an active period of institutional harassment, legal obstruction, and property-related conflict. I was denied the space to grieve, mourn, or process her passing in peace. Instead:

• I was subjected to trespass and intimidation by housing agents and police within days of her burial
• I experienced acute psychological collapse, documented in Log #641, including suicidal ideation and emotional numbness
• I was forced to continue legal filings and enforcement actions while emotionally incapacitated

Her death was not just a personal loss — it became a procedural battlefield, where my grief was weaponised against me by institutions seeking to exploit my vulnerability.

III. Procedural and Financial Consequences

• I incurred £4350.00 in funeral expenses, paid in full on 10 January 2025 (see Exhibit J)
• I received no bereavement support from housing, police, or elected officials
• My attempts to assert privacy and dignity during mourning were met with trespass, defiance, and silence

This constitutes a breach of duty of care, and a violation of my right to a peaceful family life under Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

IV. Relief Requested

I respectfully request that this statement be accepted as:

• Evidence of emotional injury and procedural obstruction during bereavement
• Support for my Article 3 claim (inhuman or degrading treatment)
• Contextual proof of trauma-linked deterioration in mental health and legal capacity
