I am the son of the late Mrs. Munwar Sultana Malik, who passed away on 10 January 2025 at Wexham Park Hospital, Slough. I was responsible for her funeral arrangements, as documented in Exhibit J, and I remain the sole surviving family member managing her affairs.

II. Emotional and Psychological Impact

The death of my mother occurred during an active period of institutional harassment, legal obstruction, and property-related conflict. I was denied the space to grieve, mourn, or process her passing in peace. Instead:

Her death was not just a personal loss — it became a procedural battlefield, where my grief was weaponised against me by institutions seeking to exploit my vulnerability.

III. Procedural and Financial Consequences

This constitutes a breach of duty of care, and a violation of my right to a peaceful family life under Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
