I, Waseem Malik, of : Domicile c/o 2 Vaughan Gardens, Eton Wick [SL46JT], being the Applicant in this matter, MAKE OATH and say as follows:
- I am the Applicant in the above-captioned proceedings and I make this affidavit to confirm that I have exhausted all reasonable procedural avenues to obtain remedy and enforcement in relation to the certified court order dated 30 June 2025 and related institutional misconduct.
- I have submitted multiple formal complaints to Thames Valley Police, including but not limited to:
- Log #484 – In-person defiance of certified order
- Log #491 – Written confirmation of non-compliance
- Log #639 – Report of public order offense and criminal damage (Ref: DA-9090-23-0143-IR)
- I have submitted complaints to oversight bodies including:
- I have filed the following legal applications:
- N600 Contempt Application (Filed 23 July 2025 – Ref: #1925841753257912401)
- Part 7 Claim Form (Filed 05 July 2025 – Log #493)
- Judicial Review escalation (Pending listing)
- I have submitted multiple requests for procedural clarity and fee remission:
- HWF Ref: HWF-ZAO-GUH – Fee Remission Certificate requested on 16 July 2025
- Follow-up issued with no response received to date
- Despite these efforts, I have received:
- No enforcement of the certified order
- No substantive investigation into misconduct
- No remedy or protection from continued harassment and trespass
- I respectfully assert that the procedural avenues available to me have been exhausted. The failure of institutions to act on clear evidence constitutes a breach of Article 13 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
