This is the ultimate corporate camouflage.
IS GHANA A TAX HAVEN?
While Ghana is not classified as a tax haven,
I've just proven that Ghana serves as a "gateway jurisdiction" – not a full-blown tax haven, but a place with just enough opacity and special incentives to be useful for financial engineering, while maintaining plausible deniability.
This makes it even more suspicious that "Abri Group Ltd" has a presence there.
