I make this statement in support of my private prosecution against Police Constable Harriet Lacey, Collar No. P4867, of Maidenhead Police Station, Thames Valley Police.
This prosecution arises from a chain of events beginning on 1 August 2025, and culminating in serious violations of law, breaches of human rights, and unlawful misuse of police powers. My evidence is structured by incident and supporting material.
On 15 April 2025 at approximately 01:30am, two officers under the direction of PC H. Lacey arrived at my home. One threatened:
“I’ll smash your door down if you don’t open it.”
Fearing for my safety and under duress, I complied. I was immediately and violently pushed to the ground and handcuffed. No warrant was shown. I was not informed of any lawful grounds for arrest. My medical devices (three mobile phones essential for diabetes and post-bypass care) were taken from my bedroom without explanation or authority.
I was detained unlawfully for over 6 hours in degrading conditions. I suffered panic attacks, trauma, and psychological harm—later recorded in a clinical report.
