Subject: URGENT UPDATE: Lower Court Concedes Jurisdiction
“Dear Sir/Madam,
I write to inform the High Court of the outcome of the unlawful hearing at Slough Magistrates' Court on 21 July 2025.
The District Judge formally conceded on the record that, because the matter is before the High Court in this Judicial Review, she could not proceed.
The lower court has therefore admitted its lack of jurisdiction. This renders the Defendant's position untenable.
I respectfully request that the Court now consider my application for default judgment and grant the relief sought in my claim without further delay, as the matter has been effectively decided by the lower court's own concession.
