I, WASEEM MALIK, of [Your Address], will say as follows:

  1. This statement is made to bring to the Court's attention a serious and relevant event that occurred on 12 September 2025, after the filing of my judicial review claim.
  2. At approximately 9:40 AM on 12 September 2025, two individuals who identified themselves as "Heidi and Devon" from the "mental health team" attended my home address without any prior appointment, invitation, or warning.
  3. They banged loudly on my door. I did not invite them in. They left a note, a copy of which is attached and marked "WM1".
  4. I have not requested any assessment from any mental health team. The referenced assessment date in the note ("31 September") is nonsensical, and a 9-minute assessment is absurd, demonstrating the lack of legitimacy and the harassing nature of this visit.
  5. I believe this visit is a direct form of intimidation and harassment, connected to my ongoing legal proceedings against Thames Valley Police. It is a blatant attempt to pressure and discredit me by wrongly portraying me as having mental health issues.
  6. This action constitutes a serious violation of my right to respect for my private and family life and my home under Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
  7. I have reported this incident to the police via the 101 service and have been given Crime Reference Number: [Insert CRN here once you have it].
  8. I respectfully ask the Court to take this harassment into account when considering the Defendants' conduct and the overall context of this claim.
