I, a living man known as Waseem of the family Malik, sui juris, competent to testify to the facts herein, do solemnly affirm and state as follows:

1. Status Declaration

   I am not a “person” as defined in statutes or codes. I am not an artificial entity, corporate construct, trust, or agent of the Crown. I am a living, breathing, sentient man, endowed with unalienable rights, not subject to presumptive commercial jurisdiction.

2. Jurisdiction Must Be Proven

   Jurisdiction cannot be presumed or conferred by silence. It must be proven with evidence of:

   • Proper venue;
   • Subject-matter authority;
   • Personal jurisdiction via consent or lawful nexus.

3. Rebuttal of Legal Fiction

   The name styled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS is not me. It is a legal fiction or transmitting utility, created without my full knowledge, consent, or disclosure. I do not consent to act as surety for this fiction.

4. Rebuttal of ‘Person’ Presumption

   The term "person" is defined in Black’s Law Dictionary (6th Ed.) to include artificial entities and legal constructs. I reject this classification.

5. Maxims of Law Asserted I rely upon the following binding principles:

   • Consent makes the law (consensus facit legem);
   • Fraud vitiates everything;
   • No man is bound to obey an unlawful act;
   • The law does not compel the impossible;
   • The presumption of jurisdiction must yield to challenge.
