This is your doctrinal framework — your sword and shield.
Jurisdiction must be proven, not presumed.
Jurisdiction arises from consent, contract, or lawful authority. Without valid service, standing, subject-matter authority, and a living man’s voluntary submission, no jurisdiction exists.
| Element | Weaponised Definition or Strategy |
|---|---|
| Person | Reject joinder with the statutory fiction ("person") — see Black’s Law Dictionary, 6th Edition. |
| Jurisdiction | Must be proven in 3 parts: subject-matter, personal, territorial. |
| Consent | Rebut presumption of voluntary consent (maxim: consensus facit legem) |
| Service | Challenge defective, presumptive, or fraudulently withheld service documents |
| Proper Court | Demand evidence that the body sitting is a court of record, not an admin tribunal |
| Venue | Rebut presumption of residence/citizenship — “resident” confers jurisdiction |
| Living Man/Woman | Declare status as a man/woman: sui juris, not a surety or agent of legal fiction |
| Name Format | Challenge the ALL-CAPS construct (Capat Demanus Maximus) as a transmission utility |
| No Corpus Juris | Declare standing under Lex Non Scripta, Magna Carta 1215, and Natural/Common Law |
| Maxims of Law | Enforce lawful rebuttals with binding maxims (see below) |
