Sworn Declaration of Intention to Prosecute in Honour, Truth and Necessity

I, a living man, hereby affirm the following:

That I have brought this private prosecution not out of vengeance, but out of necessity, and in service of the law. The Crown Prosecution Service has not intervened. Thames Valley Police has refused accountability. The Magistrates’ Court remains silent in the face of dishonour.

And so it falls to me — as a man injured in body, property, and dignity — to invoke the law myself.

🧾 My Injuries Are Real

I have been:

• Unlawfully arrested without a warrant
• Assaulted during that arrest
• Denied access to my medical data and devices
• Degraded by the system sworn to protect me
• Subjected to contempt of a High Court order
• Lied about in court by the very officer who orchestrated the above

This prosecution is not hypothetical. It is based on tangible injury and documented contempt.
