Primary Relief – Permission to Apply for Judicial Review

That this Honourable Court grants permission to proceed on Grounds A–D as set out above, finding that:

Order 1 — Procedural Record (Ground A)

Disclosure of all communications, emails, notes or records between the Magistrates’ Court and Thames Valley Police concerning service, notice, or handling of the Order dated 30 June 2025.

Purpose: To determine whether a false narrative of “clerical error” was constructed to conceal contempt.


Order 2 — Safeguarding Documentation (Ground B)

Disclosure of any safeguarding referrals, internal emails, or decision documents that led to the attendance of mental health officers at the Applicant’s residence on 12 September 2025.

Purpose: To establish whether State safeguarding was weaponised against a legal challenger.


Order 3 — Procurement / Public Interest Records (Ground C)

Disclosure of contracts, invoices, procurement correspondence or instructions between Thames Valley Police and Kennedys Law LLP, between 1 January 2023 – 30 September 2025.
