Introduction to Judicial Review Questions

This is a renewed application for permission to apply for Judicial Review. The Applicant submits that three tightly framed issues arise which are of such gravity that permission is not only arguable, but necessary in order to prevent the law itself from being undermined.

The Court is respectfully invited to determine:


Issue 1 β€” Procedural Integrity of the Lower Court

Has a Magistrates’ Court acted unlawfully by setting aside its own executed order through misapplication of legal authority, thereby enabling a public authority to evade compliance with a valid judicial command?

Issue 2 β€” Abuse of State Power & Institutional Harassment

Have state authorities (including Thames Valley Police) misused safeguarding and welfare mechanisms to intimidate a litigant, in violation of Article 8 ECHR and the common law principle that powers must be used for proper purpose?

Issue 3 β€” Public Accountability & Procurement Transparency

Can a public body refuse disclosure of private contracts and financial arrangements where such arrangements directly affect the integrity of law enforcement and judicial conduct?
