• My legal notices issued to Thames Valley Police, HMCTS, and associated bodies derive lawful authority from a higher standing than statutory fiction
• All correspondence, rebuttals, and filings form part of a Lawful and Public Record of Jurisdictional Challenge

📌 Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals

This public record binds all named and unnamed parties by constructive notice, filed with the High Court and incorporated into active proceedings under Case Ref AC-2025-LON-001909.

Failure to rebut this standing shall constitute tacit acceptance and will be treated as agreement under both procedural and divine law frameworks.
