The Phoenix Archive – Final Submission
Case Reference: AC-2025-LON-001909
Prepared by: :Waseem: Malik.
- Introduction
This document is the capstone submission of a thirty-year campaign of persecution, betrayal, and torture directed against me by the United Kingdom state and its agents.
It forms the closing word of the Phoenix Archive, a collection of nearly 800 log entries meticulously recording:
- The domestic destruction of my family life (1996–1998).
- The Tamar Way Atrocity (2014–2015), when my home, property, and animals were destroyed under the cover of judicial paperwork.
- The State’s Confession in the National Probation Service’s Pre-Sentence Report of 05 August 2019, which admitted in its own words my psychiatric disability, diminished culpability, and the dangers of imprisonment.
- The abduction and torture of 2021, where I was seized on the street without lawful warrant, my phone stolen, and I was delivered into the torture conditions of HMP Bullingdon.
- The Judicial Reckoning of 2025, where the High Court and international bodies now face the complete evidential record.
This is not an abstract grievance. It is a record of human destruction: a man made homeless, bereaved of his children and animals, robbed of property, betrayed by solicitors, abducted by police, tortured in prison, and left unheard by courts — all while the state’s own files recorded that he was a vulnerable, disabled man whose culpability was low.
I submit this to the Court and to international bodies as the final word.
I have no further submissions. I await judgment.
