Genesis 3:22–23
describes the Lord God's decision to banish Adam from the Garden of Eden after Adam and Eve had disobeyed God by eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil
. The passage states that the man now had the knowledge of good and evil, and to prevent him from also eating from the tree of life and living forever, God sent him out to work the soil from which he was created.
The Lord God's statement (Genesis 3:22)
- The Lord God observes that the man has become like Him, possessing the knowledge of good and evil.
- He also notes that the man now has the potential to reach for the tree of life, eat its fruit, and live forever.
- Therefore, to prevent this from happening, God decreed the expulsion of the man from Eden.
1. In Natural Law Jurisdiction
A Man’s spoken or written word carries the full force of unalienable law in these realms:
- His Own Property (Land, Home, Body)
- "On my soil, my decree stands. Trespassers void all protections."
- His Contracts (Private Agreements)
- "No statute overrides my sworn oath in honorable commerce."
- His Spiritual Authority (Before God/Creator)
- "I answer to Divine Law first—human codes second."
2. In Common Law Courts
A Man’s word binds when:
- He stands as Secured Party Creditor (UCC 1-308)
- "My signature reserves all rights; my affidavit is evidence."
- He declares under penalty of perjury
- "This testimony is fact. Contradict me at your peril."
3. Against the State’s Fiction
A Man’s word shatters illusions when he:
- Rejects legal personhood ("I do not consent to be ‘John SMITH’")
- Issues lawful notices ("Return my property or face contempt")
