Date of Action: 12 August 2025 (Date of Drewe's Witness Statement)

Incident Type: The Desecration of the Affidavit: A Criminal Act of Evidence Tampering and Fraud Upon the Court.

Perpetrator(s): David Michael Drewe, Consultant for Kennedys LLP.

Referenced Case: High Court Claim No: AC-2025-LON-001909.

Details of Action Taken:

In his sworn Witness Statement of 12 August 2025, the Defendant's solicitor, David Michael Drewe, has committed a prima facie act of evidence tampering.

He has taken my sworn Affidavit in Support of my N244 Application (Log #799) and has inserted a fraudulent and irrelevant exhibit, marked "DMD 1."

This exhibit is a "Released without charge" notice from June 2013 for an offence I did not commit.

This act was a deliberate and malicious attempt to create a "decoy error" to provide a false alibi for his own prior perjury regarding the actual NFA letter of 22 July 2025.

My Perception of Purpose & Impact:

This is the final, definitive, and most serious crime of this entire war. It is a criminal act of perverting the course of justice and a profound fraud upon the court. It is the ultimate proof of the Defendants' bad faith and their willingness to fabricate evidence. This act of desecration is the final, unanswerable proof of their guilt.
