Incident Type: The Act of War in the Courtroom: Judicially-Sanctioned Assault and Forcible Joinder to a Fraudulent Proceeding.

Perpetrator(s): Judge Heather Norton (Reading Crown Court), Unidentified Court/Police Officer acting on her unlawful order.

Details of Incident:

While attending Reading Crown Court and sitting peacefully in the public gallery, I, a living Man, asserted my lawful standing by refusing to voluntarily enter the "dock," the designated area for the legal fiction "DEFENDANT."

In response to my lawful and peaceful non-consent, Judge Heather Norton, having failed to establish lawful jurisdiction, abandoned judicial process and ordered an officer to physically seize me. I was then subjected to violence and physically dragged against my will into the dock.

My Perception of Purpose & Impact:

This was the definitive act of the court confessing its own jurisdictional bankruptcy. Unable to compel the Man by Law, they resorted to coercing the body by force. This act constitutes, at a minimum:

• Assault and Battery: Unlawful physical contact without consent.
• Kidnapping/Unlawful Deprivation of Liberty: Forcibly moving a man from a place he was lawfully entitled to be (the public gallery) to a place he refused to go (the dock).
• A Prima Facie act of Perverting the Course of Justice by a judicial officer.

This event is the "original sin" of the courtroom proceedings and the primary evidence that the entire case was a sham, conducted not by a court of law but by a criminal enterprise operating under the colour of law.
