Action Directed To: MR ALAN GEOFFREY BLAKE (in the Private), Reading Crown Court.

Details of Action Taken:

Under conditions of extreme and prolonged duress resulting from a multi-year campaign of systemic harassment, I submitted a formal document to the Court. Outwardly, the document contained an apology and a plea for mitigation, citing the severe impact of diagnosed mental health disorders, a heart condition, and immense personal trauma.

Covertly, and on the same court-filed record, the document contained:

• A formal declaration of my standing as a "Living Flesh and Blood MAN."
• A comprehensive list of "MY OBJECTIONS," including challenges to jurisdiction, proof of authority, the nature of the "CROWN," and the status of the "DEFENDANT" as a legal fiction.
• A formal plea of "GUILTY to The FACTS but not CRIME. (UNDER DURESS and THREAT of EXTREME VIOLENCE)."

My Perception of Purpose & Impact:

This was an act of strategic compliance to end an unbearable campaign of attrition. However, it was executed in a way that simultaneously placed my true lawful standing and my formal objections to the proceedings onto the permanent court record. This document is not a valid record of a guilty plea; it is a historical record of a plea entered under coercion, and it is the foundational proof that the court has been on notice of my standing and my non-consent since April 2024. It invalidates the legitimacy of the entire proceeding.
