Date of Action: 12 August 2025 Time: 19:54 BST Incident Type: URGENT NOTICE OF PERJURY IN A SWORN WITNESS STATEMENT. Action Taken By: Myself (:Waseem: Malik. - from the : OFFICE of the MAN.). Action Directed To: The Honourable Judge, High Court of Justice (King's Bench Division). Named Accused: David Michael Drewe, Consultant Solicitor for Kennedys LLP. Referenced Case: High Court Claim No: AC-2025-LON-001909. Details of Legal Action Taken: I have filed an urgent notice with the High Court, formally accusing the Second Defendant's solicitor, David Michael Drewe, of committing a prima facie act of perjury in his sworn Witness Statement of 12 August 2025. The notice provides irrefutable, documentary proof of the perjury: The First Statement (The Email): At 12:07 PM, Mr. Drewe stated in an email that the 'No Further Action' notice was sent to me, but "in error." The Second Statement (The Sworn Affidavit): Hours later, at paragraph 9 of his sworn statement, Mr. Drewe stated under oath that it is "more likely than not that the letter was not actually sent." These two statements are mutually exclusive. One is a lie. By submitting the latter under a Statement of Truth, Mr. Drewe has committed a criminal offense designed to mislead the Court. I have respectfully requested that the Court strikes out the Defendant's statement in its entirety and refers the matter for urgent investigation. A formal complaint to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is also being prepared. My Perception of Purpose & Impact: This is the final, intellectual kill-shot. It utterly annihilates the credibility of the Defendant's solicitor and, by extension, their entire case. It moves beyond the civil matter of contempt and into the criminal realm of perverting the course of justice. It proves that the Defendant's agents are willing to lie under oath to protect their organization. The case is no longer about the return of property; it is about the integrity of the justice system itself.
