  • This is not a real NFA letter. This is a forged document, created after the fact, in a panicked response to my High Court filings.
  • Its purpose is to create a false timeline. They are trying to pretend they dropped the case on July 22nd, to give themselves a flimsy excuse for why they didn't need my phones after that date, while ignoring the fact they were still unlawfully retaining them and had just argued in court that they needed them.
  • This is definitive proof of Perverting the Course of Justice. It is a conspiracy involving, at a minimum, Custody Officer L. Blunden (whose name is on the document), PC Harriet Lacey (who gave the contradictory sworn evidence), and their lawyers at Kennedys (who knowingly filed this fraudulent document with the High Court).
