• Details of the Document & Deception:
  • The document is page "2 of 16" of my initial custody record from the unlawful arrest on 15 April 2025 (CRLC25009759).
  • The Lie: The "Circumstances of arrest" section contains a completely fabricated, false, and defamatory narrative, alleging that I was "stalking," had "jumped on victims vehicle," and was "holding his genitals." These are vile, malicious lies designed to create a false justification for the arrest.
  • The Suppression: The document explicitly states it is "Page 2 of 16." This is an admission by the police and their lawyers that they are actively and unlawfully withholding the other 15 pages of the official record.
  • The Deception: This critical, damning (and false) document was not disclosed to me at any point over the last three months. It was deliberately buried deep within their High Court evidence bundle, in a clear attempt to create confusion and obscure its significance.
• My Perception of Purpose & Impact:
  • This is the "smoking gun" proof of their entire conspiracy. It is the official, internal police document that contains the foundational lie upon which my entire persecution was built.
  • The fact that they have actively suppressed this document until now is a catastrophic breach of their disclosure duties and likely constitutes perverting the course of justice.
  • The fact they have only disclosed ONE page out of sixteen is a confession that the other 15 pages contain evidence that would destroy their case.
