- Date of Document: 23 July 2025 (Date of Order)
- Date Received/Processed by me: [Date you received this order, e.g., 24 July 2025]
- Incident Type: Receipt of Contradictory & Unlawful Court Order.
- Document Source: Berkshire Magistrates' Courts (Case number: 432500161562).
- Details of Document:
- This is an "Orders" document from Berkshire Magistrates' Court, dated 21 July 2025.
- It refers to my "Application for an order in respect of property... In accordance with section 1 of the Police (Property) Act 1897."
- The order explicitly states: "Application refused."
- Analysis of Jurisdictional & Legal Invalidity:
- This order is a legal and procedural nullity. It is an act of profound judicial misconduct.
- It stands in direct, irreconcilable contradiction to the final, sealed court order from 30 June 2025 (Case #432500137947, Log #489), which GRANTED the very same application.
- A lower court cannot issue a second, contradictory final order to overturn its own previous final order. The only lawful remedy was an appeal by the defendant to a higher court, which they failed to make.
- This document is the definitive, irrefutable proof of the judicial misconduct, procedural impropriety, and abuse of process that is the entire basis of my High Court Judicial Review (AC-2025-LON-001909).
