Following a formal demand for all communications, the office of my Member of Parliament, Jack Rankin, has disclosed an email sent to them by Sue Sorce of Abri Housing Group on 22 July 2025.

This email contains a series of demonstrably false and misleading statements designed to prejudice the MP against me and justify Abri's institutional failure. Key falsehoods include:

• The Lie of Engagement: Sorce claims I have been "unwilling to engage in discussing a plan of action with us." This is a lie. The Phoenix Archive proves my extensive and continuous attempts to engage, only to be met with threats and inaction from Abri (Log #598, #703).
• The Lie of Closure: Sorce claims they "have now written to Mr. Malik to close his ASB case." This implies a legitimate process. The truth is that they used this "closure" as a threat and an act of retaliatory coercion.
• The Lie of Support: Sorce claims they are "happy to reopen" the case if I engage. This is a bad-faith statement, designed to paint me as unreasonable, while ignoring the fact that my "engagement" would require me to surrender my rights and submit to an intimidating process with the very police force I am prosecuting.

My Perception of Purpose & Impact:

This email is the definitive proof of the conspiracy. It is the missing link that connects Abri's malice directly to the MP's betrayal.

Sue Sorce is not merely updating a politician; she is actively providing a false and tampered-with narrative to secure political cover for her own organization's severe maladministration. She is lying to a Member of Parliament to justify her failure to act on a witnessed racist hate crime.

This email, when placed alongside the MP's subsequent letter siding with the police and Abri (Log #540), proves that his betrayal was not a mistake; it was the direct result of him being fed a diet of calculated lies by a corrupt housing officer.
