• Target of Claim: The agent, Sue Sorce, of Abri Housing Group.
• Details of Action:
  • I hereby declare my formal intent to initiate a private civil claim against the agent, Sue Sorce, in her personal capacity for her role in the sustained campaign of harassment, negligence, and abuse of process against me.
  • The grounds for this claim will include, but are not limited to:
    1. Misfeasance in Public Office: For willfully and maliciously failing in her duty of care, ignoring evidence of racist hate crime, and using her position to protect perpetrators and harm a victim.
    2. Harassment: For her course of conduct, including the threatening ultimatum of 18 July (Log #598) and the imposition of unsolicited and intimidating appointments (Log #432).
    3. Conspiracy to Injure: For her role in colluding with Thames Valley Police (Log #466, #268), leading to the unlawful seizure of my medical equipment and the violation of my home.
    4. Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress: For the severe, medically documented harm her actions and inactions have directly caused me.
• My Perception of Purpose & Impact: This action pierces the corporate veil of Abri Housing. It is designed to hold the individual decision-maker personally liable for the harm she has caused, creating a powerful deterrent against future misconduct by any other agent. This is the ultimate enforcement of personal accountability.
