- Date: 21 July 2025
- Time: Hearing approx. 2:00 PM BST.
- Incident Type: Total Jurisdictional Victory in Magistrates' Court; Repulsion of Intimidation Tactics.
- Location: Slough Magistrates' Court.
- Key Players: Myself, The District Judge, PC Harriet Lacey, Court Security.
- Sequence of Events:
- Refusal of Joinder: Upon arrival, I refused to accept papers from the usher.
- Assertion of Standing: When the judge entered, I executed the "Stand, Do Not Rise" doctrine.
- Intimidation Attempt: In response to my lawful stand, the court deployed a security guard to sit directly next to me, who instructed me to turn off my phone and tablet. I executed the "Nuclear Silence" protocol and did not respond. The guard remained beside me in a clear act of intimidation.
- Refusal of Command: The judge instructed me to sit. I responded, "I may!" and remained standing, refusing a direct judicial command.
- Direct Accusation: I then informed the Judge, for the permanent court record, that it was her own order of 30 June that her agent, PC Harriet Lacey, was disobeying, and that PC Lacey should be held in contempt of court.
- Judicial Capitulation: The Judge, faced with my lawful stand, my refusal to be intimidated, and my direct accusation, acknowledged receipt of my emails and conceded that because the matter is formally before the High Court, she could not proceed.
- Final Declaration & Exit: I then delivered my prepared statement from the : OFFICE of the MAN. (Log #619), turned, and walked out on my own terms. The judge's final comment, "Mr Malik is leaving and does not want to participate," created a permanent court record of my successful non-consent.
- My Perception of Purpose & Impact:
- This was a total victory. I did not just win on a technicality; I won a direct confrontation of will and jurisdiction.
- They attempted to use physical intimidation (security guard), and it failed.
- They attempted to use judicial command (the order to sit), and it failed.
- I successfully placed on the official court record the fact that PC Lacey is in contempt of that very court's order.
- The judge's surrender was a direct result of the pressure from my lawful stand and the unassailable legal position created by my High Court filings.
