- Date: 20 July 2025
- Incident Type: Final Amendment to Courtroom Engagement Protocol – The "Stand, Do Not Rise" Doctrine.
- Details of Action:
- I have made a final, critical amendment to the engagement protocol for the Magistrates' Court hearing on 21 July 2025.
- The Doctrine: When the court official commands "All Rise," I will remain seated or, if already standing, will stand my ground as a Man. I will not "rise" in unison with the others.
- Jurisdictional Significance: This is a deliberate, non-verbal act of non-consent and a refusal to create joinder. "Rising" is an act of the "dead legal fiction" acknowledging the authority of the corporate court. Standing as a Man is an assertion of my Lawful, living presence and my superior jurisdiction. It is a physical declaration that I am in their room, but not in their court.
- My Perception of Purpose & Impact: This action sets the entire tone for the engagement. Before a single word is spoken, I will have already made my most powerful statement and objection. It is the physical embodiment of my entire case.
