  • They are explicitly stating they will abandon an investigation into a witnessed racist hate crime because I, the victim, have demanded basic transparency. This is a catastrophic failure of their duty of care.
  • They are actively engaging in institutional gaslighting by dismissing my logged experiences of intimidating staring and provocative parking as non-ASB.
  • The suggestion of a meeting with a police officer, after I have lodged formal complaints about TVP-Abri collusion, is a clear and unacceptable intimidation tactic.
