Details of Rejection:
1. Help with Fees (HWF) Issue: The HWF reference number submitted is not proof of a granted fee waiver. A formal "Fee Remission Certificate" must be obtained from the Fees Office ([email protected]) and submitted with the claim.
2. Incorrect Document Formatting: The submitted documents were not uploaded as separate, individually labeled files as required by Practice Direction 51O. The "ADD ASSOCIATED FILING" option must be used.
3. Missing Defendant Address: The defendant's address details were not entered on the E-Filing Portal. The clerk advises not to add a legal representative at this stage, as this prevents the address field from being available.
My Perception of Purpose & Impact: This is a procedural rejection, not a rejection on the merits of my claim. The clerk has provided a clear, step-by-step guide on how to rectify these errors. This is a temporary delay, but the instructions provided are invaluable for ensuring the next submission is procedurally perfect.

This is the first and most important blocker. You cannot proceed without it.

Status: You have already sent requests for certificates for your other applications (Logs #572, #573, #574). This rejection confirms you need one for the main High Court Civil Claim (N1).
