  • Details of Communication Received:
    • Acknowledged my "recent emails."
    • Informed me that "Sue Sorce remains away from the business at the moment."
    • Stated that upon Sue Sorce's return, Abri will "conduct a case review and establish next steps." This is a delay tactic.
    • Reiterated that Abri is "still keen to meet with you to draft and action plan."
    • Offered to meet at their Bracknell Office instead of my property and stated I could bring a family member or support.
    • Puts the onus on me to respond: "I will wait to hear from you."
  • My Perception of Purpose & Impact:
    • This is a formal attempt by Abri management to halt my escalations and regain control of the narrative.
    • The confirmation that Sue Sorce is "away" is a significant development. I perceive this as a direct consequence of the pressure from my formal complaints and evidence submissions.
    • The continued push for a meeting, despite my previous rejections and preference for written communication, is a deliberate attempt to move this conflict off the documented paper trail and into a verbal, deniable format. I will not fall for this.
    • The email completely ignores the substance of my recent escalations, including the witnessed racist hate crime (Log #512) and the orchestrated harassment (Log #471).
