Details of Legal Action Taken:

I have received a formal communication from Abri Group Limited, referencing my ongoing, high-volume correspondence regarding their persistent and documented failure to address the anti-social behaviour case.

Instead of addressing the substantive issues of the case (the noise, the threats, the failure of their own process), the communication exclusively addresses the method of my complaints. Citing an internal "Unacceptable Behaviour Policy," they have imposed the following restrictions on my ability to correspond with them:

  1. Communication Funnel: All correspondence is to be funneled to a single, generic email address ([email protected]), effectively cutting off my access to named individuals and accountability.
  2. Volume Cap: A strict limit of two emails per week has been imposed.
  3. Content Filtering: They have stated that any issues "previously addressed" will be "added to your file but not responded to."

Simultaneously, the Housing Ombudsman has communicated, "requesting" that I no longer copy them into my direct correspondence with Abri.
