Date: 2 July 2025

· Time: 15:30–16:30 BST

· Incident Type: Attendance at Police Station; Refusal to Comply with Return Order

· Location: Maidenhead Police Station

· Officers Involved: - Unnamed Inspector – Unnamed Sergeant (PC H. Lacey absent)

Details of Incident & Interaction:

  1. I attended on foot of the bail sheet (CRLC25009759) and the court's 30 June 2025 order (Case 432500137947) directing TVP to return my two mobile phones.

  2. The Inspector and Sergeant openly refused, stating “we will not give you back your phones" and "we'll contest it," despite never appearing at the hearing.

  3. I cited the order and reminded them PC Lacey's non-attendance meant any contest was untimely.

  4. They persisted in refusal and denied my request for body-worn camera footage for my JR.

  5. On camera, I formally notified them that their defiance constituted contempt of court.

My Perception of Purpose & Impact: - This is an unequivocal defiance of a valid judicial order, compounding my distress and health risks by prolonging deprivation of essential devices. – Their refusal to disclose bodycam footage obstructs my ongoing JR.

Context/Link to Other Events: – Follows Property-Return Hearing on 30 June 2025 (Log #484) and the 19 May attendance order (Log #293). – Grounds for contempt application (N600 + Exhibit J.2) and PSD/IOPC complaint.

Evidence: – My contemporaneous notes and testimony – Officers' own body-worn video (they were informed it was recording) – Certified copy of the 30 June 2025 court order
