• Time: Commenced before 12:00 PM (noon) and lasted until at least 21:51 PM (9:51 PM). Duration of approx. 10 hours.
• Incident Type: Prolonged & Severe Noise Nuisance, Intimidation, and Coordinated Harassment by Associates of Neighbours.
• Location: Directly in front of my front window (2 Vaughan Gardens), actions centered around/near Chris and Bea's property (1 Vaughan Gardens) and involving associates linked to 5 Vaughan Gardens.
• Perpetrator(s):
  • An unidentified male friend/associate of Chris and Bea (the man in the image).
  • An unidentified female associate.
  • Chris (from 1 Vaughan Gardens), who was seen supporting the actions.
• Sequence of Events & Behaviour Observed:
  • ~12:00 PM: Chris and Bea's friends arrived. The man pictured began to make a significant racket by banging or dropping wooden planks one on top of another.
  • Ongoing throughout the day: The man then started using DIY tools, including drills and a jigsaw, along with further banging noises. I perceived that he was making "extra noise" deliberately. He was wearing headphones, which may have been playing loudly, preventing him from gauging the excessive volume of noise he was creating, or he was using them as an excuse to make excessive noise. The intent felt like it was to make "a lot of noise."
  • Chris (from 1 Vaughan Gardens) was seen coming out to support this man, reinforcing my belief that this was a coordinated act of harassment. I note that this man does not live at the property and I believe he "just came to harass me," as he has done in the past.
  • I have identified that this man is connected to the occupants of 5 Vaughan Gardens, who are very close to Chris and Bea.
  • ~8:00 PM: A woman arrived on the scene. She was then seen going back and forth to 5 Vaughan Gardens to get the man drinks and other items.
  • 8:48 PM: The woman was photographed bringing the man a takeaway, and they were both photographed eating it together.
  • Ongoing throughout the 10 hours: This harassment, primarily the noise and confrontational presence, was all being conducted directly in front of my front window.
  • At the end of the incident, both the man and the woman left their cars parked outside my front window. The woman parked her car in a particularly bad place directly in front of my window, which I perceive as a further indication of harassment.
• My Reaction/Feelings/Impact (including analysis of significance):
  • I endured approximately 10 hours of "torture" and severe disturbance to my peace due to this prolonged and deliberate noise nuisance and harassment.
  • I feel this entire event was orchestrated by Chris and Bea, using their friends as proxies to harass me. Chris's presence supporting the man confirms this for me.
  • The use of power tools and loud banging directly in front of my window for such an extended period is a clear act of intimidation designed to make my home environment intolerable.
  • This feels like part of a wider campaign where Chris and Bea are "inciting a riot against me in the village," linking this to the previous dangerous driving incident by another associate (Log #346).
  • The final act of them both leaving their cars parked outside my window is a further, lasting act of intimidation.
  • The woman parking her car in a bad position directly in front of my window is particularly galling, as Bea has previously made false complaints to PC Lacey about me blocking her. This hypocrisy, and their encouragement of others to park there confrontationally, is noted.
  • I firmly believe this entire incident and the "hostile environment" it creates is a direct result of Sue Sorce's (Abri Housing) inaction and her perceived discrimination against me. Her failure to manage Chris and Bea has enabled them to orchestrate this prolonged harassment via their associates.
• Context/Link to Other Events:
  • This is a major escalation of harassment, moving from direct actions by Chris and Bea to them allegedly using third-party associates to conduct the harassment.
  • It follows numerous other ASB incidents, including severe late-night noise (e.g., Log #464) and direct intimidation.
  • It occurs while I am engaged in serious legal and regulatory complaints against Abri and TVP for their failure to address these issues.
• Evidence: My direct testimony. Photographs of the man and woman involved, including them eating takeaway. Photographs of their cars left parked outside my window. Potentially video footage ("video footage available of what these hooligans were up to in number 6 vaughan gardens" - this quote seems to be from Log #461 about the teenagers, but you may have video of).
