- Incident Type: Second Unannounced Police Visit & Intimidation; Officer Confirms Coordination with Abri Housing and Having Visited Neighbours.
- Police Officer: PC B. Whitburn (P2130), identifying himself as part of a "neighbourhood team."
- Location: My front door (2 Vaughan Gardens, Eton Wick, SL4 6JT).
- Sequence of Events & Dialogue:
- PC B. Whitburn (the same officer who left the calling card in Log #466) attended my property unannounced for a second time.
- He immediately stated that his "CCTV on" (referring to his Body Worn Video camera).
- He explicitly confirmed to me that he is "working with Sue from Abri" (Sue Sorce).
- He stated that his "supervisors have sent him to talk to me."
- He asked me to repeat the update that I had provided to him "last night." (This implies a previous communication occurred on the evening of June 26th that we may need to log separately if not already covered).
- I refused to repeat the information, telling him to "go read it."
- He insisted, stating he wanted me to "resite [recite] it."
- I responded by telling him to "stop playing games and get out."
- During the interaction, PC Whitburn openly stated that he has "nothing to do with the case" (presumably the criminal investigation aspects) as he is from "some neighbourhood team."
- He also stated that he had just "come out of Bea's and Chris's place as he was talking with them."
- My Reaction/Feelings/Impact (including analysis of significance):
- This second unannounced visit by PC Whitburn feels like targeted harassment and intimidation, not a legitimate police inquiry.
- Direct Confirmation of Collusion: His explicit admission that he is "working with Sue from Abri" provides direct, firsthand evidence of the TVP-Abri collusion I have suspected and alleged for months.
- Police Acting for Abri?: The fact he is a "neighbourhood team" officer with "nothing to do with the case" but is working with Abri and visiting my neighbours before coming to my door strongly suggests he is acting on behalf of or in concert with Abri's interests, rather than as an impartial investigator for my criminal complaints.
- Intimidating Tactics: His insistence that I repeat information I've already provided feels like a test or a game, designed to frustrate or provoke me. Telling him to "get out" was my response to this perceived harassment. His immediate announcement that his camera was on also felt like an attempt to control the interaction.
- Prioritizing Neighbours: His admission that he had just come from talking with Chris and Bea (the subjects of my harassment and racist abuse complaints) before coming to my door further reinforces my perception of institutional bias. Why are the perpetrators being consulted before the victim is engaged?
- "Supervisors Sent Him": The statement that his supervisors sent him suggests this coordinated approach with Abri is known and sanctioned at a higher level within the "neighbourhood team," if not TVP more broadly.
- This entire incident is deeply alarming and confirms my belief that I am being targeted by a coordinated effort between TVP and Abri Housing, who are working together to manage, suppress, or otherwise invalidate my complaints.
- Context/Link to Other Events:
- This is the second unannounced visit by PC Whitburn, following his calling card left on June 25th (Log #466), which also referenced "Sue from Abri."
- PC Whitburn is the same officer who accompanied Sue Sorce on the visit to my area on May 29th (Log #268).
- This occurs after I have formally complained to TVP about his previous conduct and the TVP-Abri coordination, and escalated complaints to the IOPC, Housing Ombudsman, etc.
- Evidence: My direct testimony of the conversation. Potentially CCTV footage from my own system which may have captured the interaction at my door. PC Whitburn's own Body Worn Video footage (which he stated was on).
