  • Thanked me for my "recent mail." Requested again to arrange a date/time to discuss incidents I am experiencing from neighbours at 1 Vaughan Gardens.
  • Stated my case with Community Safety was opened on April 16, 2025, and this is the timeline she is working from. Cannot address incidents or allegations older than six months, as they'd be considered "historic."
  • Acknowledged looking at diary sheets submitted by me on April 19, 2025, and listed incidents from the "last six months" based on those:

• My Immediate Reaction, Feelings & Analysis (as stated by me):
  • I perceive Sue Sorce as deliberately ignoring all my detailed logs and evidence submitted, hiding behind a "six-month" policy to dismiss crucial historical context and the build-up of harassment. This feels like a scandalous abuse of process.
  • Her focus on only a few incidents from my April 19th diary sheets, while I have sent extensive logs since (e.g., Log #418 with 49 attachments of logs), is a gross misrepresentation and minimization of my case.
  • She is taking the side of my "white" neighbours (Chris and Bea), accepting their denials at face value without proper investigation, while placing the full burden of proof on me, the victim of racial abuse and ongoing harassment. This is discriminatory.
  • Her statement about it being "word against word" for racial abuse, despite my reports and potential witness (my friend for the incident in Log #411), is a way to avoid taking action.
  • She has totally ignored my complaints about Chris and Bea's CCTV pointing at my access, which I believe is a violation of the tenancy agreement and privacy. This is a deliberate suppression of a key issue.
