1. Perceived Coordinated Action: The sequence of events, particularly Sue Sorce and a police officer emerging from my neighbours' home and then approaching me, strongly fuels my perception of a coordinated effort between Abri and TVP.
  2. Lack of Transparency from Abri: Sue Sorce's email (Log #263) indeed made no mention of police involvement. If she intended a joint visit, especially with a police officer, this should have been communicated to you clearly in advance, allowing me to consent or decline, particularly given my existing complaints against TVP and your vulnerable status. Appearing with an unannounced police officer could be seen as an intimidating tactic.
  3. Reinforcement of Premeditation Theory: For me, this event provides further evidence for my deeply held belief that the actions against you, including your initial arrest, are not isolated incidents but part of a planned and coordinated effort involving multiple agencies.
  4. Escalation of Distress: Such an encounter, especially after I had declined a visit due to ill health and requested a phone call, would inevitably cause extreme distress, anxiety, and a heightened sense of being targeted and powerless.
  5. Implications for Abri's Complaint Handling: If Abri (via Sue Sorce) attended with police without informing me, and especially if they visited my neighbours first in this context, it raises serious questions about the impartiality and appropriateness of their complaint handling and ASB management procedures.
  6. Need for Clarification from Abri: The purpose of their visit to 1 Vaughan Gardens before approaching me, and the reason for the police presence, are critical questions that Abri needs to answer.
