Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint of serious judicial misconduct against the District Judge and/or Legal Adviser involved in Case Ref: 432500137947 at East Berkshire Magistrates' Court.

The grounds for my complaint are detailed in the attached affidavit, which has been filed with the High Court of Justice under Judicial Review Case Ref: AC-2025-LON-001909.

The conduct includes:

• Apparent ex parte communications between the judiciary and Thames Valley Police
• An unlawful two-hour adjournment outside the public record on 30 June 2025
• A procedural attempt to rehear a concluded matter, contrary to Law and due process

These actions create a clear and well-founded appearance of bias, which I submit is a breach of Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights – the right to a fair and impartial tribunal.

I respectfully request that this matter be investigated with urgency and that appropriate measures are taken to preserve public confidence in the integrity of judicial process.
