1. PRELIMINARY DECLARATION

1.1 This exhibit records and evidences an attempted psychiatric ambush executed against the Appellant by agents identifying as “Heidi and Devon from the mental health team” on 12 September 2025 at 09:40 AM.

1.2 The handwritten note delivered at my door (Exhibit A) constitutes a self-authenticating admission that the purpose of their visit was not welfare, but coercive assessment, conducted without request, consent, or lawful authority.

1.3 This event must be read as an extension of the systemic fraud already rebutted in RCJ-67a, and is hereby annexed as a live proof of jurisdiction-shopping by the Crown.

2. FACTUAL MATRIX

• The Assault on the Threshold: Repeated and aggressive banging on the door and glass, coupled with the shouted name “MR MALIK,” constituted intimidation, not care.
• The Coercive Summons: The note sets an appointment for an “assessment” on 21 October 2025 at Nicholson House, with an instruction to “call to confirm” — a manufactured consent trap.
