IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. The Court confirms jurisdiction under CPR Part 8 to determine the Claimant’s request for declaratory relief regarding the RCJ-46 Series.
  2. The Claimant’s N208 Claim Form is deemed to disclose a sufficient cause of action by way of declaratory relief (Rolls-Royce plc v Unite the Union [2009] EWCA Civ 387).
  3. The RCJ-46 Series (Exhibits RCJ-46a through RCJ-46e) shall stand as part of the procedural record in these proceedings.
  4. Directions for further case management shall be issued by the Master in due course.
  5. The costs of this application are reserved.
