I, man, commonly known as answering to the appellation :Waseem: Malik, am a living man, over the age of twenty-one (21), created by our beloved almighty eternal loving prime Creator of all Creation, our heavenly parent, teacher, and friend (hereafter known as “the Creator” and/or “God”).
I am a follower of God’s laws first and foremost, and of the common and equitable laws of man when they are not in conflict (Leviticus 18:3–4), pursuant to Matthew 5:33–37 and James 5:12:
“Let your yea be yea, and your nay be nay.”
Whereas the Bible—the word of God—has made a unique contribution in shaping the people and the land as one, hereinafter known as the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and whereas biblical teachings inspired the concepts of civil government contained in the articles of the Magna Carta (1215 AD), the supreme constitution of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and whereas the Bible is “the rock on which our kingdom rests,”
I, man, :Waseem: Malik, have personal knowledge of the matters stated herein and hereby asseverate, understanding both the spiritual and lawful liabilities of:
“Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.”
Whereas I, man, :Waseem: Malik, am a creation of the Creator and domiciled on the land known as the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland;
Whereas I, man, :Waseem: Malik, being a living creation of God, am not and cannot be an artificial person, and therefore am exempt from all identifications, treatments, and requirements pursuant to any process, or under any colour of laws, acts, statutes, codes, rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, or mandates of any fictional construct thereof;
Whereas, in this United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the authority of any and all governments resides in We the People, for government is a fiction of the mind, created by, and for, the people — to secure their property and God-given inalienable rights;
I, man, :Waseem: Malik, reserve, claim, and waive none of my God-given, inalienable rights, secured and guaranteed by the Declaration of the Magna Carta (1215 AD) — the supreme constitution of this realm — and the Bill of Rights (1689).
