The Claimant respectfully places before the Court a material irregularity concerning correspondence dated 21 August 2025.

• On 03 September 2025, the Claimant served a Letter of Claim.
• On 05 September 2025, the Defendant’s solicitors emailed two letters: one dated 05/09/2025, and another dated 21/08/2025 purporting to be a reply.
• It is chronologically impossible for a 21/08 document to reply to a 03/09 claim.

Exhibit RCJ-43 sets out the timeline.

Exhibit RCJ-44 seeks disclosure of metadata and draft history to determine the provenance and authenticity of the 21/08 document.

The Claimant respectfully invites the Court to preserve these Exhibits on the record and direct the Defendants to clarify the provenance of the document.
