After the night of the Raid, the wolves did not merely seize the MAN — they also seized his tools of memory.

📱 An iPhone Pro Max, an Apple 5S, and a Samsung Ultra 20 remained in their possession.

No receipt of goods was given, no chain of custody was lawfully maintained.

👮 PC Harriet Lacey, among others, invoked PACE s.22, claiming a power to hold indefinitely. Yet:

• The investigation stalled.
• No charge justified the deprivation.
• Even after the NFA decision, property was withheld.

✉️ The MAN wrote, called, demanded return.

The police delayed, misdirected, and concealed.

Thus began the long captivity of the phones — the silencing of the MAN’s speech, the binding of his memory, the denial of his liberty through the tools of his life.
