AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF NOTICE OF REBUTTAL OF PRESUMED JURISDICTION

I, :Waseem: Malik, of [address], being the living man, sui juris, competent to speak to the facts herein, make oath and state as follows:

1. IDENTITY AND CAPACITY

1.1 I appear in this matter as the living man known as :Waseem: Malik, sui juris, and not as any corporate fiction or persona.

1.2 I am the Sovereign Archivist and Appellant in the above-titled proceedings.

2. PURPOSE OF THIS AFFIDAVIT

2.1 This affidavit is filed in support of my Notice of Rebuttal of Presumed Jurisdiction dated 11 September 2025.

2.2 Its purpose is to place before the Court the factual and historical basis for my rebuttal of any presumption that I am subject to jurisdiction derived from the bodies of law collectively referred to as Corpus Juris Civilis, Corpus Juris Canonici, or Corpus Juris Secundum.

3. FACTUAL BACKGROUND

3.1 Corpus Juris Civilis was promulgated under Emperor Justinian in the 6th century as a codification of Roman imperial law. It has never been enacted as binding statute in England and Wales.
