- Date of Letter: 24 July 2025
- Incident Type: Receipt of Unlawful & Contradictory Court Order; Evidence of Judicial Misconduct.
- Document Source: East Berkshire Magistrates' Court (Case number: 432500161562).
- Details of Document:
- This is an "Orders" document from Berkshire Magistrates' Court, detailing the outcome of the hearing on 21 July 2025, which I lawfully objected to and did not participate in.
- The Judicial Fraud: The letter states that after I left, the Judge heard from the advocate for Thames Valley Police, decided to "rescind the order for the return of your phones which they made on 30th June 2025," and then, based on one-sided "sworn evidence from the officer," "refused your application."
- The Flimsy Excuse: Their justification for this is that the Judge had "initially acted under the misapprehension that your application... had been properly served on TVP."
- Analysis of Illegality & Systemic Corruption:
- This is the definitive proof of the judicial misconduct I alleged. They held an ex parte (one-sided) hearing after I had lawfully withdrawn.
- This is a catastrophic violation of the Finality Principle. A judge cannot simply "rescind" their own final, sealed order. The only lawful remedy for TVP was an appeal to a higher court, which they failed to make.
- This document proves that the judge, the court administration, and Thames Valley Police have colluded to unlawfully overturn a binding judicial decision.
- This is the ultimate evidence for my High Court Judicial Review (AC-2025-LON-001909) and my formal complaint to the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office (JCIO).
