“I appear today not as a PERSON, nor as a subject of corporate fiction, but as a living man — sui juris, standing in honour.

I do not consent to this venue, nor to its implied jurisdiction. I have rebutted all presumptions, served lawful notice, and received no rebuttal.

The court has failed to prove lawful authority over me. It has ignored sealed High Court orders, refused to return my property, and acted in concert with agents of harm.

I hereby withdraw from this venue. I do not recognize its authority. I do not submit to its process.

I reserve all rights. I waive none. I stand under divine law, natural law, and the law of equity.

Let the record show: I am not abandoning justice. I am invoking it.

This is not defiance. This is sovereignty.”
